Hi,
we are experiencing trouble with the Document component which is not showing on Android phones (Chrome browser). The error is “plugin not supported” (in french in the picture below) :

Any help would be appreciated as it is a major feature for us 🙂

(we use AESOP version 1.9.10.1 on WordPress 4.9.5)

Hi sorry about this issue. It appears Android doesn’t seem to support the same operations on Desktop. Would be it an acceptable solution to require user to download PDF file to view it on Android? Please let me know.

Hi and thanks for your answer.
We would indeed find very useful for the component to display an alternative version for mobile users (for example the title of the document with a simple link to the media file).

Would you consider this fix ?
