In short you won’t be able to do this without some coding. One can use a hook called ‘aesop_collection_inside_bottom’ insert “load more” codes inside the aesop collection component. But a better way would be for me to add the feature you request in a future version of ASE. I will try to do that in the next release. I will post back to this thread when the feature is added.
