When you updated to the latest version of Jorgen, we made a change that requires the CMB2 plugin for some of the added options such as the Story Cover options.
I included a quick screen video of where you can find these settings after installing and activating the CMB2 plugin from the WordPress plugin repository (https://wordpress.org/plugins/cmb2/).
