First of all I love the plugin. Thanks for good work!
I have a small problem.
I would like to use parallax function with no movement. So I can present the pictures full width for the visitors and I would like to prevent the fact that if they will have 4k display pictures will not be full screen. I think the parallax with no movement is perfect for that, right?
Parallax with movement is working fine (at least i think so because it always cuts the photo very hard). Parallax gallery is also working. I tried this on another blog with the same result. I bought yesterday Novella theme – same result. I think on novella theme the parallax with no movement is not showing at all 🙂
If its needed I can provide with the login and password to show you guys that problem.
Example here -> https://wandzelphoto.com/2015/03/24/nowe-dzieje/
There is a picture of a father looking down at his child. If you scroll the browser you will finally see the picture. The width is locked at 400px if I change that in google chrome manually then you can see whole picture.
Is there something I do wrong ?
Thanks in advance,

Thanks for connecting with us. It appears like you are using a vertical image (http://wandzelphoto.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/IMG_3663_FaceBookHD_PodpisReczny_Czarny.jpg) for the parallax component. If you want to display the entire image it would be best to increase the vertical px. We find it best to use a 1200px wide x 800px tall image. Otherwise, you can use the image component for this size vertical image.March 24, 2015 at 1:36 pmParticipant
Thanks for quick answer. I dont understand why using vertical images could be an issue here but lets do some testing with horizontal images. Like I said before my goal is to have fullscreen photo no matter the resolution that people will have. I would like to use images around 2560px for that presentation. But like You said I performed experiment…
Here -> https://wandzelphoto.com/2015/03/24/parallax-problem/ – you have result
I posted images from 500px up to the 3000px all in parallax no movement option. If you use image component and the image is 1920px and my monitor is like 2560px the image will no to more than 100%. Since we have not a lot of monitors more than HD I would like to have this option to fit the image to 100% of client explorer resolution.March 24, 2015 at 5:58 pm
There is a bug with the Parallax component when movement is turned off that we are working on fixing.
For more, you can keep track of it here: https://github.com/bearded-avenger/aesop-core/issues/232April 12, 2015 at 2:29 pm
Wojciech, this has been fixed in ASE 1.6 :).
