Overlaid text on top of Aesop Image blocks, with Panorama option turned on is invisible on dark areas of image.

Additionally, the three options for Caption Position appear to have no effect (caption always appears at top-right of panorama).

Overlaid text in Aesop Chapter block with background image is also invisible over dark areas of the image.

    Tested Macos 10.13.6

    Safari 12.0.2
    Chrome 71.0.3578.98
    FireFox 64.0.2

    Same issue in all.

Latest versions of WordPress (5.0.3), Novella theme and Story Engine plugin as of today.

I realise getting text to work over any possible background image is a difficult problem.

An option to set the colour of the overlaid text would help tremendously.

Hi Alex, while it’s hard to find an ideal solution that works on all cases, you can use HTML (including style attributes) with “Overlay Content” field. So you may try using HTML with style attributes to change the styles, including color, of the overlayed text.

Ah, OK. I may also create some custom CSS classes for different background image types.

Thanks for the quick response, once again.
