I love how the demo of Novella has a picture that takes up the full width of the page. See link:
http://aesopthemes.com/novella/?preview&utm_referrer=http%3A%2F%2Faesopstoryengine.com%2Flibrary%2Fnovella%2FI was wondering how to enable that when I use an image? Should I use the image component, or is it dependant on the width of the picture in general? Thanks!

KeymasterHey Jonathan,
The full width images are dependent on the theme that you are using.
To start, you will want to enable theme support: https://aesopstoryengine.com/quick-start-guide
Then you will need to follow the full width feature under theme implementation here: https://aesopstoryengine.com/developers/#scrollNav-1
Then the next time you insert an image component at 100% width, you’ll have a full width image.
ParticipantThanks Michael!
If I have Novella purchased already ( I LOVE IT) I can go straight to theme implementation right? Sorry I didn’t make that clear at first.
KeymasterOh, you posted this in ASE support and I didn’t realize you had Novella.
My apologies.
You don’t need do to any of the above. Just insert an image component at 100% and you’re good to go. https://aesopstoryengine.com/help/novella/
For more on the image component, check here: https://aesopstoryengine.com/help/image-component/
ParticipantAwesome! I actually don’t see the option for Image width. I have every option but that one unfortunately 🙁
ParticipantSeems to just put it in the center of the page. Here’s a quick recording –> https://recordit.co/d43lcPs6ml
KeymasterAh yes, I forgot that it’s with the parallax component and image movement is off: https://recordit.co/ZlxJZXWOun
